April 6th, 2024Β Β Β @olivia08 and @gooddream both pulled of back-to-back wins this week. There were also a few delegation increases this week to mention, one from @usagigallardo015, going from 200 HP to 220 HP, and another from @suteru, going from 100 HP to 250 HP, very impressive for one of our newest members. As far as delegations go, that sums it up for the last week, but that is not all that's going on in our little Hive space. There's hot fresh new content baked daily for your reading pleasure.
Β Β Β Our upward trend continues despite HIVE falling a little in value recently. That is the way it goes though with so many cryptocurrencies, but I think HIVE is pretty stable compared to some of the wild rollercoaster rides other tokens often see. As always this raffle post's rewards all go directly to the winners of this week's raffle, so don't be afraid to upvote this 100% even if you happen to be one of the winners.
Β Β Β A community is only as strong as its members, and I thank you all, both veteran delegators and incoming delegators, this collective HP is used to support Southeast Asian content on Hive, expand the community and provide rewards to delegators, and most recently it now provides a modest income for my family. I waited several years for the community to become sustainable before I began taking this 250 weekly HIVE salary. How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Β Β Β Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @srey-yuu, @sakana & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP π₯ BRONZE Raffle.
Β Β Β There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
Β Β Β This week's total effective HP is 169,346, and total delegated HP is 154,740 HP (118,625 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.

This is wrong. Totally wrong! Must be the network issues that I'm recently facing. I rigged the damn spinner once, but the magic mirror told me "please try again", so I press "retry" and it came up "successful" twice π that must be the case!
As soon as you pay for my Proton hypercar repairs, all this bad luck will probably end.
