     Nothing quite demonstrates the seriousness and eliteness of VIP lounge quite like a kitty parkour course. They are popping up all over the world, so I think it's important that we ASEAN Hive VIPs don't miss out on any trends. It didn't take much to retrofit the lounge to be kitty parkour friendly, just a few cat ladders here and there, and a little encouragement for our kitty friends.

     Most kitties are naturally curious, so they will likely find and explore the course on their own terms. Just keep in mind that their may be kitties above you at all times in the lounge, don't be surprised if a little hair rains down from above and lands in your mocktail or cocktail. Besides, the upside is you get to see cats doing impossible things like defying gravity while being cute.

This has nothing to do with sexism and everything to do with tradition. 100 years ago when the Hash House Harriers were first formed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it was a military thing among mostly British officers and women were not allowed to attend the events. This tradition stuck throughout the years and any large Hash with an active userbase will likely end up with a male-only Hash.

Behind the Barong Dance

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} In Batu Bulan Village, there's a special daily show called the Barong Dance. One day, I went to see it at the Puseh Temple of the village. I've seen this dance many times before, but this time, I was curious about what happens backstage. I watched as about 10 people got ready. They were dressing up and doing their hair to play different characters in the dance. There was one man getting into his costume to become Rangda—a scary character—while two others prepared to perform as Barong, a magical creature that fights against Rangda.
