Distinguishing Between Fake and Real Pumps

In the crypto market, we observe numerous cryptocurrencies that have reached all-time high values, some of which are fake pumps, but not all of them, and some of which are actual pumps. I'm incredibly impressed by the #DOGE coin, which was only introduced for fun and testing purposes. The coin's owner also stated that the coin is merely being introduced for testing purposes.

But you saw that fake project become stronger, and people naively invested in it. The price of Doge has risen by more than 1000% or more. Because of the investors and traders that find this currency volatile and a good coin for profit, this fraudulent project has now been transformed into a solid project.

I am confident that the price increase in the #doge coin was a fake. This is due to the fact that the proprietor of this coin released it just for testing and entertainment purposes. In this piece, I will discuss my experience with the fake pump and dump in various #altcoins that we see every day. Even The price of the #HIVE coin which has several pumps in a month.

There are some differences to be aware of when the price of any coin rises. Most of the time, you will observe a fake pump in the price of #hive and no one will notice. If you learned the difference between fake and real pump indications, you will undoubtedly be more cautious when trading. You will take your position accordingly knowing about price pump and dump.

That is why I encourage you to read the entire post, which will undoubtedly be beneficial for you. Let's talk about false pump indications and the differences between the two. Manipulation is one of the signs of a fake pump, in which a group of people or whales inflates the price of a currency for their own benefit.

Market manipulation is another term for when prices rise or fall dramatically in response to increased volume. Another indicator of a false pump is short-term pumping or dumping. Assume coin "A" is increasing in value; it is best for you to wait and confirm the pump. Don't be concerned about the price increase; rather, confirm the pump or dump first.

As soon as coin "A" pumps, it returns to its original place. This is a sign of a fake pump, in which whales or groups of people tried to attract more investors into the trap. Wait for the pump to confirm before proceeding. A quick and fast pump and dump is perhaps another signal for the fake one. When you see really sharp candle movement, it suggests that the pump or dump is completely fake.

Most fake pump and dumps occur in the absence of any news. There is no such news, yet the market will see price movement. This is a fake and could be a bull/bear trap.

Real pumps and dumps, on the other hand, have genuine market demand and exact volume. If your pump is working and the volume is increasing, this indicates that the pump is ogenuine. Real price changes are also linked to news. Just lately, we saw a price increase in #XRP that was a true pump with all conditions met. The announcement was also accompanied by that pump.

Real pumps are frequently supported by important advancements or announcements relating to the cryptocurrency project, such as partnerships, upgrades, adoption by mainstream institutions, or governmental approvals. Real pumps also last a long time and have a gradual action, either upward or downward.

The majority of the pumps in #HIVE coin are fake, as you may have noticed the price takes a fast move and then reverts to its true value in a matter of hours. This is coin manipulation, or perhaps they want to seize your holdings. So be cautious about using these types of pumps.

If you witness a consistent increase in volume and positive news, that pump or dump is real. These are the primary distinctions between a fake and a genuine pump. Before becoming part of the trade to that coin, traders and investors should exercise caution and conduct study. This is due to the fact that pump and dump are extremely risky and can quickly result in a loss or profit.

This is my attempt to educate you on the difference between a fake and real pump. I hope this post was beneficial for you and that you now understand the warning indications of pumping schemes. I believe LTC will shortly begin to rise. The recent halving will aid the price increase.

That is why is not worth your time to try or time a pump for a short boost of money. In the end, you might lose money that you might regret to lose. It is so common in this space!

I completely agree with you. Pumping and dumping strategies are proposed in order to steal your money. I would rather invest than choose pumping.
