I don't personally write big in-depth posts, so they properly wont count as "quailty" and I did try to use 10 Helios on some of them :p

If I understand you perfectly , an author needs to burn helios token before they can get support from helios?? And if they do not have helios token , they have to buy it and burn it before their posts can get upvoted by the helios voter ??
That's correct. Authors can obtain Helios tokens by either delegating Hive power or purchasing them from the market. It's highly recommended to delegate Hive power, as it grants you greater influence in the burning mechanism. To clarify, the more Hive power you delegate, the higher the likelihood that your post will be noticed.
