Initial steps
I like to meat mutton curry once a week which fulfils my delicious food desire. I told my mother to make mutton curry which has a best hand for cooking and she makes any of the food in a best way.
I told them to make mutton curry and it must be spicy. They agreed and ask me to bring 1KG of mutton and along with different ingredients. The ingredients include Mutton, Tomato, Potato, Coriander, Green chili, Garlic, Ginger and curry masala.
The first thing is that you have to wash the meat properly, take a pot, add some cooking oil and cook the meat well. On the other pot make a curry which is tomato and all other ingredients.
Once you see that meat is half cooked, its time to add the tomato curry, add 7-8 pieces of potatoes. Mix all of them well and put it on light steam for about 1 hour. After it check the meat whether it is soft or still hard, if it is little hard then again put it on steam and wait for another 15-30 minutes.

In the end add coriander and lemon for garnishing, the mutton curry is ready to eat... This is how this delicious food is made. I have some pictures of different steps and I hope you guys will like it...
