My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2026
It's always heavy work before a holiday, I don't know why. Today was no exception and from the beginning of the day it was challenging to make time for something physical in our day to day life and before holiday it certainly was not possible and not easy to do so. Today was mostly my daily activities and a little bit of early morning walking and plenty of work at the office. But all will be set with just the right amount of sleep I.e., the whole tomorrow is for taking rest.
