Does The Practice of Letting Go Really Helps in Our Life!

Hello fellow Hivians, hope you are all doing well. Every human is filled with emotions and some may share them with their loved ones and some may show them to themselves. These emotions attach to something or someone from our past and they won't let go that easily. Because humans are the species who excel as a group who depends on one another to keep going.

When it's time to letting go of that particular something or someone we fail as our emotions sometimes doesn't make the best of us. The first stage of letting go is to acknowledge that these emotional attachment to that certain thing is with us and realising that it needs to be let go. This makes us to put some effort in keeping this in the past and move forward.

One should note that a simple change in environment can cause us to take rather different decisions from our original ones like if the climate is cool and suddenly we will get an urge to eat something hot spicy snacks. Likewise a simple acknowledgement may lead to a sudden change in our brains and will move forward with thought of change is the part of nature.

Some may always want to control everything in their life. It may not be possible with the emotional attachments. As there are some things in our life which we cannot control. It's a good thing and we just don't need to be not grasping everything in our control. Let the nature take it's course of action and prepare for the surprises ahead in our lives. Instead of taking control, try to feel the moment and live your life.

There is always an option to use your life experience to deal with the letting go practice. If one could have the previous experience of this type of situations then they can definitely better at letting go of the past. If you do not have the experience, try to make it your first experience because it may not be the last one you would be having. If it doesn't seeve you any better, letting go is the best option to follow.

Letting go comes only when something had happened in the past and that something cannot be forgotten by us. Instead of trying to deal with the situation, some may seem to act like they had forgotten everything about the past and move forward. But, better they should note that a simple present bad day can make us remember the past and all will be here again ruining the life our present self. It makes us to see the importance of letting go the hurtful past and live your life happily in present.

In practicing all these methods make sure that you should be surrounded by the people you love and they are trying to support your letting go process. If you have no one, then try a different approach of using that time to improve one of your talents which could be a great help if it clicks. Over all make sure that you are surrounded with a positive vibe kind of energy.

Some may feel the need for a closure with their past self to actively complete the process of letting go. It's a common thing. Everybody needs a closure, it gives us the satisfaction of completing something. Letting the past go can be effective in your personal growth and provides some insights in your behavioural patterns.
