Día de combinaciones con mis compañeros, rumbo a los 1500 HP [ESP|ENG]

En mi caso como lo dice en el título mi post se trata de un día de combinaciones, hoy comenzamos con la iniciativa de empezar a publicar más seguido con la finalidad de llegar a los 1500 hp como objetivo, por lo que yo quise comenzar tomando las cosas con calma para poder empezar, es por ello que en el vídeo podemos ver una pequeña combinación de estático y de movimientos de poder para comenzar este nuevo trayecto que queremos trazar mis compañeros y yo.
In my case, as it says in the title, my post is about a day of combinations, today we started with the initiative to start posting more often in order to reach 1500 hp as a goal, so I wanted to start by taking the things calmly to be able to start, that is why in the video we can see a small combination of static and power movements to start this new journey that my colleagues and I want to trace.

Así es, me gusta esto que estoy logrando junto a los muchachos, puedo aprovecharlo para aprender un montón, y bueno no importa quien llegue primero o quien no, lo importante es llegar al objetivo.
Chamo brutal esos movimientos, entrenar en grupo motiva mucho más a seguir mejorando 💪
