A short walk for an errand and a quick breath of fresh air.

Happy weekend everyone!. I hope all is doing well.

Since I made up my mind to go home for Holiday, I have become a bit busy buying the things that I need to bring home. Applying all my documents and training the one that would replace me for two weeks that I would be away. My boss also likes to cook and shows us how to do it. She even asked me to deliver the food that she cooked to her daughter. I took the opportunity to breathe the fresh air since It is just a walking distance from our home. On my way there I took several photos along the way.

I enjoy looking at the flowers on my way there. Singapore is environmentally friendly and they always have the theme clean and green. They always make an effort to maintain the surroundings clean and make sure that all the flowers and trees are well taken care of.
When I reached there I gave the food and talked with my friend for a while and play with the baby. My boss has a little granddaughter that's so adorable and cute. I always enjoy playing with her.

Sometimes they also come to our house to visit her grandma and spend time with her. I just get annoyed sometimes because when they come, my boss would be in panic. On how to entertain the baby and would take out everything (aside from the toys) even the real cooking pan and ladle to let her play with it🥵😆. There are times that I cannot do my work because I would get stuck playing with her. But still she's adorable.
On my way back, I was surprised how the weather changed so quickly. The sun was shining bright before and now the heavy rain is pouring. With matching lightning and thunder. I sit on the bench below the building and wait for the weather to calm a bit. Lightning in Singapore is so scary. Sometimes I can see strikes of lightning on the road and would be followed by a roaring thunder. Lucky here I never heard anyone that was hit by it. Just scary.

It's really unpredictable how fast the weather can change in just a matter of minutes. That's why I always carry an umbrella with me. Rain or shine nothing can stop me.

I walked slowly that I even saw my boss calling my phone. (I didn't pick up her call.) Maybe she's waiting for me for so long that she gets impatient. Because on my way back she asked me to get some supermarket shopping's that she left in her car that she wants to cook. I go directly to the car park and get the things. When I'm locking the car door I saw my boss coming. Maybe she cannot wait for me and decided to get the things by herself😆. When she saw me, she didn't say anything. I also kept quiet until we reached our house. She starts to prepare for dinner and I just help her cut the ingredients without saying a word.
That's what we are sometimes. When we are unhappy with each other we just pretend that the other person doesn't exist.
