Tree of life commemoration, Nature's Park Singapore.

Neutral Aesthetic Travel Photo Collage.jpg

Good day, everyone. I hope all is well. Let share with you Singapore's nature reserve parks I visited. I was here months ago, and this view caught my attention when I saw it today. It's about a tree that once stood firm, majestic, and tall but sadly cut to the ground. We benefited So much from the tree that they made this different shape and form using the tree trunk to commemorate the tree.

These artists are so creative to think of this kind of art.
This is the HODGEPODGE. It is a mixture of different things. Just put them together without arranging them properly.

This is the HEAD IN THE CLOUDS. If not for the writings in the paper, it would not be easy to guess what this is.

This is THE GLOBE. They make an effort to create this fantastic art.

This hand symbolizes the RICH EARTH. In my understanding, it says. We have all life's blessings, and it's up to each one of us to nurture and cultivate them.

IMG_20240118_231533.jpg

MUSHROOM. It is an extraordinary mushroom. It looks healthy and rare.

IMG_20240118_231831.jpg

CLOUDS. It looks like a Cumulus cloud.

IMG_20240118_231921.jpg

THE SOUND OF FOREST. Did you guys hear the sound of the forest? It seems to be calling on us the way it was demonstrated through this creation. Maybe there are times when the sound is calm and peaceful. Sometimes, it could be turbulent and nervous or even angry.

OCEAN IN A DROPLET. It takes time before I recognize this one. I thought it was a teardrop.

IMG_20240114_182550.jpg

THE LEFT EYE PATCH. Just by looking at this creation. I can guess what the title is. It's already obvious.

IMG_20240114_182729.jpg

This is the DIAMOND. A giant diamond was placed here.

IMG_20240114_182927.jpg

It's THE DNA OF LOVE. This is the best creation for me. Looking upon the carvings and symbols, especially the heart. It really amazed me.

IMG_20240114_182826.jpg

DON'T MOVE. It's the one written in the paper. I wonder how they came up with this creation. What if you move?

IMG_20240114_182525.jpg

This is THE SPROUT. This artist puts a lot of effort into creating this one for sure. I guess how he carved this sprout into its shape is a bit difficult. It was crafted beautifully.

IMG_20240114_182426.jpg

PADDY RICE, they called this one. It seems to be a giant grain growing in a flooded field.

IMG_20240128_233153.jpg

All these creations and the artist's creativity are so entertaining to see. I couldn't imagine how they crafted and came up with the idea of making all these shapes and forms that symbolize different things. We all know how valuable trees are for us. From the leaves that give us shade and shelter against the fantastic sun to the roots that help absorb the water to prevent floods and hold the soil to stop soil erosion and landslides.
Tress truly deserves all the praise and honor the artist has shown in this craft and display.

That's all for today, guys. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Very cool wood carvings you ran across at this park. I can't really pick a favorite one. I like a lot of them. I can imagine the artist spending much time to complete them. Have a great week ahead 😊

What a smart way to take advantage of some tree tunks! While people are used taking these out of the soil and never use further, this place from Singapore is the proof that with a bit of creativity you can still use them. Really impressive!

Interesting sculptures, some easier to understand what they are than others.
I wonder if they chopped down trees to make them or used wood from dead trees.

Maybe wood from dead trees, coz here they always preserve nature, especially trees.♥️😁
