A long silent night fell into a sunny morning which looked at very different in the first glance. A great influential man laid in the floor and blood stained the whole bed and the almirah, the wooden window seemed as a horrific picture, as if so many of the forces been applied to move out the body and the operation was as simple that the dogs in the house had no clue of an intruder in the building.

Hello,readers. Last time we saw an epic story which turned into a tactical assassination that made sure the autocrat ruler fell from power and took the state conditions to a new chapter. Yet, there is even more to narrate and I have the remaining plot in my mind. In the previous story,it was clear that the mayor had all his power kept in his hand, the manipulative ability which he successfully used to counter his oppositions. Now, what has come down to? Lets explore that also. Thanks A lot.

It was at the time of morning, the servant women and the guards came to the room and saw their master lying in his floor. It was such a horrific scene that the girls momentarily fell down and got fainted at the sudden encounter to such images. The other male guards started to be in the room and it took a little time to propagate the news that the, heart-throbe of the city,the mayor is no more.
The press media seemed as it has got the main headline after a long days and so the news was all over the city.

The newspapers started to write a lot of editorials and columns where the top ranked intelligentsias viewed the assassination from their own perspective and the consequence of a long term autocratic regime. They opined that, those who cling to power by means of illegal options,depriving people of their own rights and choices and infuse a bad spirit into the protectors of the nation, they are punished by the fate and history testifies that well.

The protestors came out in massive numbers and a huge outcry and the joyous processions just flooded the city streets to large extents. People seemed to be happy to see that the traitor has gone away, the autocrat has terminated and the long repressed regime has ended at last. They started to sing songs in unison,that freedom has come at last! The mellifluous spring has come into the national and civic life so as they are happy to see that happen. It was the time of long rejoice.

Normally, when a man dies, there remain a big vacuity, the zero space inside the heart, some tear drops that come down the cheek for remembering the memory of the man,some respectful funeral after the death ; but this time it seemed as nobody even cares for that and they are busy in solving their own problems and the damages that the man had done to the people and their properties to extend the grip of power.

Everything has an end and it follows the theory that, whatever goes up will someday come down, today or tomorrow. For the mayor, it was a truth that followed his path and ended up proving the genuineness of the theory. But time flew on and after a few more days, things started to become even more critical as before, because back then the city had just one direction to freedom ; it was to terminate the rule of the autocrat and now the people are in confusion ; if the future would be good or not?

The royal palace was covered with leaders from the prominent parties, who wanted to get over the palace and sit on the throne to be the mayor, but there were so many other players who wanted to win and thats what started to create a big confusion, a vital chaos, hard enough to solve, tough enough to get over and settle down dispute.The empty chair was the focus of the opposition party who was considered as the most appropriate one -- but he was found nowhere as the time flew on.

Everybody was looking at the disputes and public functions arranged at the capital, the high voices that raised public perception among the people and the leaders did more than their best to win the hearts of the people, making fabricated plan to persuade them and inducing them to support the leadership. But, on the other hand the opposition leader was in deep darkness, a sudden disappearance that was unexpected for the situation.

It was the time of evening, the sky was cloudy as the dark bolts collide to make thunderstorms and the nature turned spooky ; the birds at the long tree branch started to fly with full speed, making flaps and crying sound - in anticipation of something evil to come, an ensuing blow of fear, that the bats start to cover the whole sky. The chamber of a general came into the spot, and he was anxious of all the happening. He was thinking about the fate and after a long days of work laid into the rocking chair to sleep a bit.

Its the time when he was about to enter the threshold of sleep, a flying letter fell in the table, near the shoes of him and where he laid his cap for rest. He could see from the corner of his eyes, that something is coming towards him and so he waked up and saw a brown colored letter, anonymous and without any sign of the hands on it. The general was so thrilled to see the radiant hand writing lines, the start of the letter and how the whole message delivered in a staggering tone, it was a threatening a sheer letter!

The letter implied to a case where the ministers sat in the meeting and told the other army personnel to work as they want, the systematic destruction of the mayor post and turning the constitution into an amendment that would ensure the ministers get a chance to hold power and have equal taste to the people's properties and the state facilities to bribe down and take in personal control. General knew something like could happen and so he thought for a reply to this case.

In the midnight, the general spent all the time just to ponder over the long history of the state and the person behind the letter who threatened him to death, if he doesnt work accordingly as the letter told that.The general had just a few days to think about that and have a reply to the person who sent that letter to him. Few days gone by and the general took option that made not the change of his fate, but the whole city experienced another taste.

The electoral commission arranged a referendum on a due date and called all the political parties to stand in the grip together, conducting their own duties to go to the people's house and seek for their vote and support. The people’s wishes were viewed as the prime decisive factor upon which the city would find its true leader and leave the power of regime to his hand. Everything was going well, but the troops seemed to as very inactive at their duties and so nobody had any notice to that.

The general re-shuffled all his cards ; from major generals to the colonel's arc, to the majors platoon to the captains squad,the army staffs were ordered to execute their specific tasks one by one. They went with it and the day of parade came and only the ministers sat in the dais and enjoying the scene. The general knew that was the time to make an impact and only the common troops can make a difference and so he had firm faith on them.

General calculating the reply codes, fighting against an invisible power force isnt easy and it takes time and merit, the intelligent move to counter and check the master-mind behind the threat. The years on the cadet academy and cantonments, he learnt the invisible drive shouldn’t be the mode of reply, rather its the overt action that suppresses covert pinches.So, he went with his plan.

At the time of parade, the army troops marched a long way and showed different strategic tactics.When it was the last showdown,all the squad turned back and pointed guns towards the ministers sitting at the dais, the colonels made revolts and the ministers sent back to the barrack and held them in the imprisonment. The complete control came back at the general's hand and he took the mayor's seat and instantly pulled all the electoral procedures into ineffective cases.

The response ended up as the military reign and the general took the first step to the counter reply to the letter who sent it. The general on the spur, only could think about the identification, capture and termination of the evil behind all the strange happenings in the city. The story rolled into a new chapter.
