Hi everyone, a few days ago I was contacted by @fedesox where he asked me if I could make him a drawing / caricature for his profile photo. Obviously this made me very happy and I accepted immediately, knowing that many people like my job, as well as making me very happy, it encourages me to do better and better.

After an initial exchange of ideas, I immediately get to work. Under the advice of @fedesox I look at some of his photos, so as to have clearer what I would have drawn. I select a photo of him and do a quick drawing to see if he likes my idea. I send him the first very simple drawing and he confirms that I can proceed.

As soon as I put it right, I cleaned up the first drawing, and I went to recreate the illustration with clean lines, I also enriched the illustration with some details. Having obtained the final drawing I started to color it, once the main subject was colored I added lights and shadows, thanks to this addition the drawing acquires a lot of value, I believe that the illustration will be used as a profile image, I have chosen to use very vivid colors for the background in order to make the final result evident and functional.

Ciao a tutti, qualche giorno fà vengo contattato da @fedesox dove mi chiede se posso realizzargli un disegno / caricatura per la sua immagine di profilo. Ovviamente la cosa mi ha fatto molto piacere e ho accettato subito, sapere che i miei lavori stanno piacendo a tanti, oltre a rendermi molto felice, mi sprona a fare sempre meglio.

Dopo un primo scambio di idee mi metto subito a lavoro. Sotto consiglio di @fedesox osservo alcune sue foto, così da avere più chiaro ciò che avrei disegnato. Seleziono una sua foto e faccio un veloce disegno per capire se la mia idea può piacergli. Gli invio il primo disegno molto semplice, e mi conferma che posso procedere.

Qui di seguito puoi vedere la foto selezionata e il primo schizzo del disegno.

Appena ricevuto il suo ok, ho ripulito il primo disegno, e sono andato a ricreare l'illustrazione con line pulite, ho anche arricchito l'illustrazione con alcuni dettagli. Ottenuto il disegno definitivo ho iniziato a colorarlo, una volta colorato il soggetto principale ho aggiunto luci ed ombre, grazie a questa aggiunta il disegno acquista molto valore, tendo in considerazione che l'illustrazione sarà utilizzata come immagine profilo, ho scelto di utilizzare dei colori molto vivaci per lo sfondo in modo da rende il risultato finale evidente e funzionale.
