Avocado Toast, Unique And Easy Breakfast Dishes I Never Try

Breakfast menus that are often consumed by Indonesians are rice uduk, rice cake, yellow rice and chicken porridge. This food has become an ingrained habit, because if you don't eat rice, it means you haven't eaten. The rice menu is mandatory for the people of Indonesia, because this food is very filling and will last a long time until lunch.

Not all Indonesians can accept breakfast with cereal, bread, and milk. This food will only last a short time, at most 2 to 3 hours and it will make the stomach hungry. But, rice breakfast sometimes always makes me bored, why not? Indonesians will be able to eat rice 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes very bored and want to change the menu.

My husband and I like bread, for us bread should always be in the kitchen for snacks or breakfast, fortunately my husband and I really like any food, not just stick to rice. However, bread is often too much because the expiration period is very fast, 2 to 3 days the bread will be easy to mold and hard.

Today, again and again, the bread I bought had 4 slices left, for that I wanted to make a delicious dish from leftover bread. Breakfast this time was completely different, because apart from making use of leftover bread, I also had to make breakfast with bread which would make me full, because lunch was still very long and our activities would require extra energy.

I plan to make toast from avocado, I often see it on television, when many people say that this food is healthy food. Yes, why not? This food is made from eggs and avocado which has high protein and is added with bread as carbohydrates.

So, I want to show you how to make avocado toast which is simple and uncomplicated, fail-proof and delicious! Here we go..

Avocado Toast Recipe


Making avocado toast is very easy, make sure you have some of the ingredients below and also follow the steps that I will describe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of White Bread, can use whole wheat bread.
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter
  • Pepper and salt
  • Chia seeds
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Tomato slice
  • Cheddar cheese

How to make avocado toast:

  • Cut the bread as desired, then bake the bread on a wok pan until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Beat the eggs then add salt and a little pepper, heat the butter on a wok pan and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs, then arrange them on the toast.

  • Peel and slice avocado thinly, then arrange on egg and toast.

  • Grate cheddar cheese on toast, add chopped tomatoes and then sprinkle with a little pepper and chia seeds.
