This is my daily life, doing things I'm not used to doing to maintain my health. Every morning or evening, take the time to run or do a little exercise, even if it's only 30 minutes, but I do it regularly.

As a result, in 3 weeks, I lost 3 kg of weight and also had a calorie deficit. It's been helping my body get fit again, slowly but surely.
