Hello everyone!
Lately, I'm experiencing emotional changes that often change. Maybe because I want to get in a period, so the emotions are less awake because of the activity which is very solid, and also hormonal changes that are very volatile.

I once read an article that discusses the effect of food on the emotional state of a person. Consume vegetables (vegetarian) is better than consuming meat because meat has saturated fat, which can make spurring blood pressure which can make the head pain can even spur emotions.
The body needs energy to function, which is derived from carbohydrates, while the Flesh is a source of animal protein. If the habit of eating more meat, the auto body produces little hormones serotonin as hormones regulating mood, it is a spur at least serotonin due to the consumption of carbohydrates a little bit.

For this year, I often eat meat, fish, and seafood is too excessive. Because I'm not too fond of the vegetable or the materials made from plant based. However, it has been 2 weeks since this I reduce the consumption of food made from ‘animals’ that stimulate hormonal excessive emotions.
Then in 2 weeks, I decide to a diet of meat, although it has not yet total to consume entirely vegetarian, I try to do it.

Many of the recipes that I find on various social media, for menu based plant based. One of the processed meat that I prefer is meatballs. Food I like and almost every month I consume this food. Of course, who doesn't love meatballs with gravy is so delicious.
However, I tried a recipe that is very easy to cook at home. Grilled meatballs without the meat. Do you mean how? The meatballs without the meat? Check out the recipe here yes!

So good to see you experimenting with making your own plantbased animal substitute foods cause eating animals on a physical level is actually really bad for you- Did you know that eating more than 700 grams (raw weight) of red meat a week increases your risk of bowel cancer? Or that the risk of developing bowel cancer goes up 1.18 times for every 50 grams of processed meat eaten per day? https://www.cancercouncil.com.au/1in3cancers/lifestyle-choices-and-cancer/red-meat-processed-meat-and-cancer/ and is also really bad for your soul and your karma too.

And there is this recipe here for Vegan meatballs using the most suprising BUT HEALTHY ingredient!

I have never tried it myself, But I have turned Banana skins into a bacon substitute and it was delicious! This recipes is back on my radar again too! lol....

thanks for sharing your recipe, it looks delicious.

Yes, I've been plantbased for 11yrs now and don't miss eating animals at all and I very rarely even eat any plantbased substitutes either cause there's just so many other wonderful food to eat without them.

And now there are so many fantastic vegan cooking shows on your tube too so if you ever get stuck you can check them out there, or even better, come back here again!😃

So, how did you like these? They do look beautiful and delicious, and the recipe also looks simple enough to prepare quickly. I hope you find a diet that works for you, whether vegetarian, vegan, or not. For me, I gave up meat years and years ago, but my body craved protein, and it still does, so Indian cuisine has stepped into fill the void with all the various bean-based dishes they make so wonderfully.
