How To Make Fudge Brownies With Shinning Chocolate On Top

Hello everyone,
On this sunny day, I'm very excited to get through the day. In the morning I was ready to clean the entire house, I even washed clothes and dishes and prepared lunch for all family members. I do everything myself because I want to be more productive. Once all the work was done, I watched youtube while wanting to learn how to make baked brownies. One of the cakes that I like, brownies that have a sweet taste because the chocolate melts in every bite. Hive friends, anyone like brownies?

I really like brownies since the presence of a very famous brownie shop from Bandung, Brownies Amanda. This cake shop that sells brownies is very mushrooming and its outlets are located almost all over the island of Java and Sumatra, at first this cake was brought by my uncle who returned from Bandung a few years ago, finally the cake shop presented one of its branch outlets in Medan.

Almost every month I bought 1 box of steamed brownies from that shop, until finally I tried to make my own brownies. After many brownie recipes are on youtube, google and various cooking applications, I tried a few recipes that I believe by trial and error. Until one day I found the right recipe for me.

The recipe for making brownies is actually almost the same as other cake recipes, but brownies have a different technique. Brownies are cakes where almost all of the ingredients are dominated by chocolate and also have a very different texture from sponge cake.

I have enough ingredients to make brownies and also have stock of dark chocolate which has a good taste for a cheap price. I don't use Belgian chocolate, even so the taste of this chocolate is no less delicious than Belgian chocolate. But if you have Belgian chocolate, please use it.

I also use leftover almond stock that is in the fridge, it looks like it hasn't been used for 2 months, but it's still very good and hasn't expired, I finally roasted it for a while to get a slightly hard texture from the grill. Here I want to share experiences, recipes and tips for making fudge brownies with a shinning surface. It's a little tricky, because you have to make the sugar used to completely dissolve in the dough. Before making brownies, it's a good idea to grind the sugar used first into flour, intended to have a shinning effect on the top of the brownies.



So, here's the recipe and trick for making baked fudge brownies:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of medium protein flour
  • 135 grams of powdered sugar
  • 60 gr butter
  • 150 gr dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • almond flakes


How to make fudge brownies:

Pay attention to the steps, don't skip it, hive friends!

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Melt the butter and dark chocolate, I use the oven to melt it, at 100 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes

  • Beat 2 eggs with sugar, let stand for 15 minutes, then beat again, just with a spatula without using a mixer. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved for a shinning effect.

  • After that, mix the melted chocolate butter with eggs and sugar, make sure the melted chocolate and butter are cold, friends,

  • Stir until well blended, then add the flour, and stir again until the dough is well blended.

  • Don't forget to put non-stick paper on the brownie pan, slowly pour the brownie mixture. Put the topping on top of the brownies, I used almond flakes shaped like tulips, to have an interesting impression.

  • Bake brownies for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, this will help the shinning effect on the surface of the brownies.

How easy is it to make it? These fudge brownies can be stored for 4 days at room temperature, delicious eaten with tea while warm. It's no less delicious than the fudge brownies sold at well-known bakeries, make sure you follow the steps, hive friends!
