Kewin Kitchen Architecture Design
Currently, the world of architecture and design for a restaurant or cafe is really very interesting. Realizing that business competition in food and beverage is not just about the taste of food and drinks, but also a distinct experience in terms of how influential the atmosphere, comfort and interior and exterior architecture of the restaurant or café is. In fact, this made me understand how valuable a place that is luxurious, attractive and unique will bring a fantastic price for a food, drink or product.
For example, the price offered at a 5-star restaurant will be very different from the price at a food court or street food. This makes all control of a price is about the 'experience'. So, many entrepreneurs who are involved in the business world like places that have good design values and will bring in profits over time, because design is also an investment for the restaurant or café.
Just like the place I visit yesterday, a famous Italian restaurant in my city, have very luxurious and delicious taste, make this Kewin Kitchen one of the favorite family restaurants in the city of Medan. I think, Kewin Kitchen not only provide delicious food and beverages, but its design and architecture its so good.
What I know is that Kewin Kitchen rise about 2 years, because this is a new restaurant with a concept that is rare in the city of Medan. I think there are only a few italian restaurants in Medan city, and this is my first time coming to Kewin Kitchen. Previously, Kewin Kitchen was an Indonesian cuisine restaurant which had been closed for a long time since the pandemic. Then it was replaced by Kewin Kitchen which was open and renovated again.
This restaurant is an old building that was transformed into an Italian restaurant with a fancy concept. Almost every time I see an Italian restaurant with the same concept, using an old house in the middle of the city, why is that? The question is still very clear in my mind. There are several Italian restaurants in this city, but different names but it is very clear that they are using or renting old houses in the middle of the city. Is it possible that the old house has another story behind it? But instead of that, should we just discuss this restaurant in terms of architecture and design? You agree?
I said this is a room with a flower garden, just look at the many flowers that hang and dangle on the ceiling of this room. This is a special room that is can reserve for anyone who want to get a party, birthday, or small event that can be use privately. However, if have not a reservation, this room is open to anyone who wants to dine in this flower garden room.
I think its a perfect idea to make a small room with beautiful decorations, so you dont have to put it all together if you have a special event. You know that hire a special event planner definitely waste money, but here we have it easy and you don't have to bother with it. Restaurants will be make your event much more fun and private, and you don't have to bother think about sketches and plans, so you can save your time for other things.
This restaurant is very beautiful, with various wallpapers that blend on the walls, even with different colors and motifs but it looks very unified and intimate. The concept is reinforced by the color brown and a bit of marble attached to the walls and vinyl floors, there are also chandeliers that illuminate this restaurant. not only that, tables and chairs are made as comfortable as possible for customers, with unusual colors of blue, white and yellow flowers. There are also several windows fitted with roller blinds with luxurious colors.
This cafe also has its own place to enjoy coffee, there is a barista table to brew coffee. It's enough to confuse me, this is a barista or bartender bar because it's a bit like a bar or club.
However, if you look at it with focus, you will see that there are several coffee machines there, also interesting writings and pictures about coffee. it doesn't end there, interestingly there is a tv that is used as a display as a retro element in it. What I know for sure is that this restaurant is often visited by people aged 30-50 and above, so the target market is parents who will reminisce with their friends when holding reunions.
