Localeaf Restaurant, Number One Healty Food And Beverages Restaurant In My CIty

The healthy food menu has recently been in the spotlight of many people, during the pandemic, many people began to realize the meaning of healthy living, because nothing is more important than health. Since then, many people are very careful to consume food for daily body maintenance. However, the thought and sentiment of unhealthy food that is not tasty and lacks rich taste becomes a distance to start eating healthy food.
Now, many business owners are developing the healthy food and beverages business, especially for healthy and delicious food, especially for workers who are busy but still want healthy food. Well, so this is what I'm going to discuss, there is an interesting restaurant that has actually been in my city for the past 2 years, but this restaurant finally moved locations and became bigger than the previous location.
Localeaf restaurant, this is the first healthy food restaurant in Medan that I know of. At first I saw a post from a friend of mine who was planning to cater here, so I was interested because the shape of the food was so beautiful and tempting. It's like seeing a nugget of gold, I also find out about this restaurant. I came and ordered a variety of food and drinks that caught my attention.
A tuna salad that was so slick in a photo of a menu catalog, I ordered the menu and told the waiter that the tuna should be made medium rare so that I could feel the freshness of the tuna and also the texture of the tuna. Then I also ordered the steamed chicken pao which was served warm, the bun pao was made when ordered. Not only that, I also ordered a glass of telang tea with ice with stevia.
All orders came very quickly, one by one came and was delivered to the table. The first is a glass of telang tea which is so alluring with purple color and dew around the glass. I tried sipping the cold pea flower tea with stevia. The taste is sweet, but the sweetness is like natural, without leaving a trace on the tongue. Feels perfect in the throat, sweet and cold makes me freeze on this scorching hot day.
After waiting 5 minutes, finally came my main dish, tuna salad with lots of vegetables, then there was a sauce cup whose contents were roasted sesame sauce mixed with mayonnaise, very different in taste from bottled roasted sesame sauce sold in the market, this roasted sesame sauce is so soft and slightly fatty. Even so, strangely, the taste of the sesame sauce is so intense and dominant in this dish.
The tuna is wrapped in black and white sesame then grilled slightly to get medium rare, making the tuna taste slightly roasted, the texture of the tuna fillet is very chewy and the outside looks like a crunchy texture from the sesame wrap. Some of the vegetables were also very fresh, including romaine, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, seaweed and katsuobushi.
Katsuobushi which turns out to be usually used as a topping for takoyaki, they use it as a savory taste enhancer in tuna salad, then dry and wet seaweed also adds to the taste of the tuna salad, so without sugar and salt, this salad tastes savory and delicious, coupled with Shirataki noodles served cold make this salad very fresh.
And dessert, I ordered a warm steamed chicken pao, as soon as the tuna salad finished, I ate a warm and delicious pao. The stuffing of the cooked chicken is very soft, there is a savory taste, a little spicy and crunchy. I don't know how they cook this pao, but it's a really good pao in my opinion. I like how it looks as well as the taste. On top of the pao filled with processed chicken, they add a little fried onion and celery topping that adds flavor to every bite of the pao. Bun pao is also very soft and warm, making this the perfect dessert.
Not only the food is very good, this restaurant also has a luxurious concept in its appearance. Perfect design for a restaurant that serves healthy food and beverages. I feel like I want to eat here every day! Should I try catering instead? LOL

I agree with you it's nice to know that there are also healthy restaurants, in Italy too now there are many restaurants based on a healthy diet, with more fish and vegetables and less fried stuff, this localeaf place looks really fancy I love the environment in the photos seems comfortable and exotic too with the table in woods and the charming lamps, the food looks good too.
Very interesting with the design of this restaurant. I like this restaurant because the taste of the healthy food is so delicious, fresh and natural. moreover they use organic food at affordable prices. Unfortunately, restaurants like this are very few in my city. There should be more..
