Hello everyone!
Today is the weekend, what are you doing today? Usually, plant lovers must do a lot of activities related to plants, right? Such as cleaning weeds, trimming dead leaves, watering and fertilizing plants, or just relaxing with a glass of tea while looking at the beautiful plants in the yard.

This weekend, I had the opportunity to have free time to visit a garden of someone who has a business in the field of plants. He has many plants that are cared for later in the adoption of plant lovers.

This time I went to the garden of a mother who has retired and is now in the business of ornamental plant farming. The location of garden Opung is on Pelangi Street, next to the Karo Roast Pork restaurant (btw, this Karo Roasted Pork is a Batak Karo specialty which is very famous for its delicious taste in Indonesia).

Opung has had this ornamental plant business for only 2 years, but he really liked plants before he decided to become a planter, then said Opung, he started selling after retiring as a civil servant.

When I entered the Opung garden, I was amazed by the many ornamental plants, including the many and varied aroids. From small to large, from very cheap to very expensive, and from the ordinary to the very unique. Then what is very unique, the Opung only has a little soil space to place all the plants. He only has a terrace that is approximately 3x6 meters in size. However, with extraordinary flair, the Opung makes many sturdy and organized shelves.

Actually, this time I only took my plants that I ordered via live on Instagram last night, because my house and Opung are very far away, I decided to take them directly at the Opung garden.

At the Opung garden, I was very impressed with a plant that is currently popular among ornamental plant lovers. Named mostera deliciosa king variegata and monstera thai. This plant is very popular because it has a variety that is quite unique and difficult to care for. Why not? If you take care of it wrong, the variegata on the plant will fade and over time it will turn green like leaves in general.

Then I asked Opung, how much is the price of this plant. He said for 1 leaf monstera deliciosa king variegata has a price of 3-4 million IDR. That's a pretty fantastic price, isn't it?

After I saw the monstera deliciosa king variegata plant, I was interested in buying it, but what can I do, my pocket doesn't have enough money for it *lol.

I also saw some plants that are on my wishlist for the future, there are banana musae variegata, biliatiae, and tattoo taro. I'm thinking of saving my food budget for the next 3 months for all these beautiful plants. However, my husband will be very angry later and then all my crops will be sold *lol.

Oh yes, I also saw some plants that I just knew the name of, namely Philodendron melanochrysum which is very beautiful and has very smooth leaves. Looks very well cared for with love by Opung. It seems also that Opung is very concerned about the planting media to support the growth of plant roots which can make plants healthy and produce beautiful leaves.
