I ended up with a low activity count yesterday since I was at the office the entire day. Even though I tried walking around the office from time to time, most of those steps weren't recorded because my phone was left on my desk and I had taken off my watch. After work, I managed to get a few extra steps in with a short walk to the pharmacy before finally heading home.
