Greetings to all #foodiesbeehive friends. Today I bring you over here these mixed ground beef sandwiches, half pork and half beef. The meat is softer and juicier which is one of the most important things when preparing a meat sandwich, with a dry meat it will not be as tasty. I invite you to see the detail:

Saludos para todos los amigos de #foodiesbeehive. Hoy les traigo por aquí estos sándwiches de carne molida mixta, mitad cerdo y mitad res. La carne queda más suave y jugosa que es una de las cosas más importantes a la hora de preparar un sándwich de carne, con una carne seca no quedará igual de sabroso. Les invito a ver el detalle:

Ingredients:
300 grams of mixed ground beef.
Bread butter.
Lettuce.
1 tomato.
1/2 onion.
Oregano.
Garlic paste.
Worcestershire sauce.
Tomato sauce.
Mustard.
Salt.

Ingredientes:
300 gramos de carne molida mixta.
Pan de mantequilla.
Lechuga.
1 tomate.
1/2 cebolla.
Orégano.
Ajo en pasta.
Salsa inglesa.
Salsa de tomate.
Mostaza.
Sal.

Preparation:
In a container place the ground beef with the salt, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce and oregano. Mix to integrate everything.

En un envase colocar la carne molida con la sal, la pasta de ajo, la salsa inglesa y el orégano. Mezclar para integrar todo.

Heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil and place meat balls in the pan and shape with the back of the spoon. Fry on both sides.

Calentar un sartén con dos cucharadas de aceite y colocar bolas de carne en el sartén y dar forma con el dorso de la cuchara. Freír por ambos lados.

Lavar y cortar los vegetales. Abrir los panes y agregar salsa de tomate, luego dos trozos de carne y encima la mostaza, por último colocar la los vegetales.
