This type of food is one of the most typical in Venezuelan homes, usually can be made for dinner or breakfast. You can make a great variety of fillings that give a unique flavor to each presentation. With this dish I share with you a piece of the culture of my country Venezuela.
Este tipo de comida es una de las más típicas en los hogares venezolanos, generalmente se puede realizar para una cena o un desayuno. Puedes realizar una gran variedad de rellenos que le da sabor único a cada presentación. Con este plato les comparto un pedazo de la cultura de mi país Venezuela.
Ingredients:
Corn flour
Sliced smoked ham.
Milk
Chocolate
Ingredientes:
Harina de maíz
Jamón ahumado en rodajas.
Leche
Chocolate
Preparation:
Place the flour in a bowl with water and salt and knead.
Preparación: Colocar la harina en un envase con agua y sal y amasar
After kneading, take some small portions of dough and make some dough balls.
Luego de amasar, tomar unas porciones pequeñas de masa y elaborar unas bolas de masa.
Then take the dough balls and flatten them in such a way that the dough is rounded and of an acceptable thickness
Después se toma las bolas de masa y se aplanan de tal forma que la masa quedé redonda y de un grosor aceptable.
Next take the dough that is in a circular shape to place it in the pan so that they can remain roasted.
Seguidamente se toma la masa que está en forma circular para colocarla en el sartén para que se puedan quedar asadas
Finally open and fill with the smoked ham and serve with the chocolate drink.
En último lugar abrir y rellenar con el jamón ahumado y servir con la bebida de chocolate.
