My Way of Releasing Stress.

We all want to make ends meet and do our best for ourselves and our Loved ones. Some of us even have kids that we need to take care of alongside our spouses and ourselves. In the process of doing this, we get stressed along the line and we need to relax and release this stress.

Some times, as a result of the stress and pressure we pass through on a daily basis, there is the urge to get away from it all and just relax and get yourself back. But still, that pressure does not give me the time to get away and relax. I try some times but there is not enough time.

I am a kind of person that loves to take time out for relaxation when I am stressed. I wish I could have my way every weekend just for this purpose because of the stress I go through every day of the week but I don't have that luxury at my disposal.

My best spot is at the beach. I love the cool breeze at the beach in the evenings. I love the serenity I love to watch the water play with the waves. I really appreciate being in the beach have a quiet time taking it all in.

Another way I love to relax is having a weekend getaway with my husband alone. The children can be a handful and they can increase the stress I'm trying to run away from. So, we drop them at their Grandparents and go out together.
It's been over a year we had that and it's truly fun.

We lodge in a hotel really nice and not too expensive. Just for the week end. I don't have to think about what to cook or time to wake up or go to bed, I don't have to lift my fingers doing any chores. I just eat, sleep, do some aerobics in the morning, go out in the evenings.

It's usually a restful time for me. It's the best way I love to relax without having to do anything.
After this, I'm always rejuvenated and ready for anything. I'm looking forward to it this April. We have talked about it and he has promised to take time off work next month so that we could have time together and relax.

Another way I love to relax is just being alone. When I say alone, I mean alone. Just be by myself, think about my day, and day dream about my future plans. I don't know how this works but it does magic to help me release stress. There is this joy I feel after day dreaming about where I want to be. It makes me feel like my dreams are close by and this gives me a lot of joy.

Awww I was now smiling seeing that you drop your kids off with their grandpa and go for getaway with your husband. You sure would need more vacations if I were your kid because I’m just stubborn 😂

You can't imagine what they do to me everyday. At times when the younger one wants to sleep she would insist on sleeping on my bed. And I would have to watch her sleep before taking her to her bed.

The kind of therapeutic effects waves have on us is unmatched.
We always tend to underrate it. Being at the beach always feels like a reset to everything that’s happening in life.

The body needs rest, so it's very important to relax adequately so as for it not to break down. I love your resting routine, it's very nice.
