Arbolito de Navidad elaborado con yoyos (ESP-ENG)
Saludos para todos los que hacen vida en esta comunidad y crean bellezas con sus manos. Hoy, quiero enviar un saludo muy especial a la amiga @carolinacardoza, quien me inspiró a elaborar este arbolito con retazos de tela en forma de yoyos. Quedé enamorada del arbolito que compartió Carolina en esta publicación, pasen a verlo es una hermosura. Cuando vi la técnica para hacerlo, le comenté que mi mamá me había enseñado a hacer esos yoyos para diseñar carpetitas y que haría un arbolito para mí. Pues, le pedí a mi madre retazos de telas navideñas, lo hice, y aquí les muestro mi versión. Como estoy en la onda del diseño con materiales naturales, entre ellos el yute, le agregué esta tipo de tela y me encantó el resultado.

Greetings to all who make life in this community and create beauties with their hands. Today, I want to send a very special greeting to my friend @carolinacardoza, who inspired me to make this little tree with fabric scraps in the shape of yoyos. I fell in love with the tree that Carolina shared in this publication, come and see it, it's beautiful. When I saw the technique to make it, I told her that my mom had taught me how to make those yoyos to design little cards and that she would make a tree for me. Well, I asked my mother for scraps of Christmas fabrics, I made them, and here I show you my version. As I am in the trend of designing with natural materials, including jute, I added this type of fabric and I loved the result.
So, a lot of heart and let's get to work!

Lo primero que debemos hacer es sacar las plantillas de los círculos en papel. Yo hice 13 porque no tenía muchos retazos de tela. Luego, pasamos a las telas, uno por uno y la sujetamos con un alfiler.
The first thing to do is to draw the templates of the circles on the paper. I made 13 because I did not have many scraps of fabric. Then, we move on to the fabrics, one by one, and fasten them with a pin.

Luego de tener todos los círculos de tela recortados, procedemos a hacer un basteado por todo el borde para arruchar y darle la forma abombadita. Lo siguiente es ir metiendo en el palito de altura cada uno de los yoyos.
After having all the fabric circles cut out, we proceed to make a baste all around the edge to crease and give it the bulging shape. The next step is to put each one of the yoyos in the stick.

Como les comenté al principio, estoy trabajando mucho mis manualidades con el yute. Así que le agregué a mi arbolito unos yoyos de este material. Igualmente, marcamos la plantilla en la tela, recortamos, basteamos y arruchamos.
As I mentioned at the beginning, I am working a lot on my crafts with jute. So I added some yoyos of this material to my tree. We marked the template on the fabric, cut it out, basted it, and tucked it in.

Con todos los yoyos insertados en el palito de altura, procedemos a montarlo en un corcho para estabilizarlo.
With all the yoyos inserted in the height stick, we proceed to mount it on a cork to stabilize it.

Y para decorarlo, saqué en foamy unas estrellitas pequeñas y las fui pegando por diferentes espacios de la tela. Además, le pegué un lazo de cinta al pie del árbol.
And to decorate it, I took some small stars out of foamy and glued them in different areas of the fabric. I also glued a ribbon bow at the foot of the tree.

Durante el proceso creativo, se me ocurrió fijar el arbolito a una base de MDF, forrada con el yute, para darle mayor estabilidad. En esa base puse unos de los nacimientos de mi pequeña colección y me encantó como se ven allí.
Así pues, ya tengo mi arbolito inspirado en el de la amiga @carolinacardoza para decorar un espacio de mi hogar.
During the creative process, it occurred to me to fix the tree to an MDF base, lined with jute, to give it more stability. On that base, I placed some of the nativities from my small collection and I loved how they look there.
So, I already have my tree inspired by @carolinacardoza's tree to decorate a space in my home.

Bien lo dice un dicho que el alumno puede mejorar al maestro y ahora yo quedè encantada con tu arbolito, tambien me encanta trabajar con el yute porque le impregna un toque natural. Lo que mas me gustò fue el detalle en forma de alfombra para colocar el mini pesebre, jamás se me hubiese ocurrido. Te felicito y te deseo una feliz navidad.
