Sunflowers on the way (EN-ES)
Greetings, my dear walking friends of this community. Today, Wednesday, I am back here to share another of my experiences walking or strolling through the streets of Bogota.
I don't always take my phone with me when I go out for my morning walks, but this morning I had it with me and I was grateful for it because to my surprise I found a sunflower field that impressed me for its size and beauty, I did not hesitate to photograph them to keep them in my gallery and I show them to you with much affection.
Saludos, mis queridos amigos caminantes de esta comunidad. Hoy, miércoles, estoy de vuelta por acá para compartir otra de mis experiencias caminando o paseando por las calles de Bogotá.
No siempre me llevo el teléfono cuando salgo a dar mis paseos matutinos, pero esta mañana lo llevaba conmigo y lo agradecí porque para mi sorpresa me encontré con un sembradío de girasoles que me impresionaron por sus tamaños y belleza, no dudé en fotografiarlos para conservarlos en mi galería y se los muestro con mucho cariño.
It had been months since I had walked down this street, I had changed my route to visit other places, but today I took it again. I am grateful to have returned because I was missing this gift that kept this street near the place where I lived for a month when I arrived in Bogota.
Hacía meses que no caminaba por esta calle, había cambiado de ruta para conocer otros lugares, pero hoy la retomé. Agradezco haber regresado porque me estaba perdiendo de este regalo que guardaba esta calle cercana al lugar donde viví por un mes cuando llegué a Bogotá.
I had given the phone to my daughter to capture my joy and surprise. I asked her to get the sunflowers in the picture and to see me among them. She tried her best to get me in the composition, but they were so tall these beautiful sunflowers that I could barely get my face out. Anyway, I loved these photos.
Le había dado el teléfono a mi hija para que capturara mi alegría y sorpresa. Yo le pedía que salieran los girasoles en la foto y que me viera entre ellos. Ella hizo todo lo posible para que yo apareciera en la composición, pero eran tan altos estos hermosos girasoles que apenas podía sacar mi cara. De todas maneras, me encantaron estas fotos.
These huge sunflowers, with their splendor and beauty captured all my attention and I stood around for quite a while contemplating them from various angles. These marvelous flowers are characterized by following the path of the sun. Some of them were already withered, but they still showed their majesty because of the great size they had reached. I am a fan of sunflowers, I love the contrast of their colors and the perfection of their shape.
Estos girasoles enormes, con su esplendor y belleza capturaron toda mi atención y me quedé un buen rato por ahí contemplándolos desde varios ángulos. Estas maravillosas flores se caracterizan por seguir la trayectoria del sol. Algunos ya estaban marchitos, pero igualmente daban cuenta de su majestuosidad por el gran tamaño que habían alcanzado. Soy admiradora de los girasoles, me gusta mucho el contraste de sus colores y la perfección de su forma.
This sunflower field grows in the middle of the urban environment, between buildings, in the middle of the street, barely on a small piece of land. This tells us of its strength and generosity.
This walk was different, it was inspiring and rejoiced my spirit. Once again I am grateful to be able to enjoy these beauties that I discover during my walks.
Este sembradío de girasoles crece en medio de lo urbano, entre edificios, en mitad de la calle, apenas en un pedacito de tierra. Esto nos da cuenta de su fortaleza y de su generosidad.
Este paseo fue diferente, fue inspirador y regocijó mi espíritu. Una vez más agradezco poder disfrutar de estas bellezas que descubro durante mis caminatas.
To conclude, I would like to invite you to appropriate the great lesson that these sunflowers give us: the constant search for light, simulating the admirable way in which they turn towards the sun to follow it. To find an illuminated path that allows us to grow and achieve splendor in our lives.

Amiga @aurodivys pero que bellos girasoles me fascinan sus colores vivos y esa forma de crecer en medio de la nada, supongo que ese clima de Bogotá hace que se ven tan radiantes.
