Life sometimes surprises, you don't know when, when, or how, but sometimes it happens.

Walking through the centre, already cold in the weather and with no expectations of finding anything in particular, I made some beautiful finds.

And it's nice to find beautiful surprises when you don't expect them. Walking in the midst of the warm people, a fresh air in the air, I found, looking to the side, some beautiful trees that were blossoming.

These trees are next to the building where the Customs Museum is located and the surroundings are very beautiful. Mostly there are palms that are green all year round, but there are also other species.

Seeing those white and pink flowers in the middle of some green, but also leafless trees, showed a contradictory, but at the same time beautiful landscape.

The first one I spotted was the tree that was shyly showing its white flowers, but then when I looked up I could see that pink that I like so much.

Also on my walk I could find bushes with flowers and very diverse, in their shapes and colours, although mostly white, pink and red.

I once told you about the meaning of colours and the effect they can have on us.

Pink means love and red means strength. White in art is not a colour, but is considered to be light, the sum of the colours in a prism generates white. So this colour is purity and light.

To find it in the midst of nature is wonderful in the midst of green which is health and hope.

But in reality what this finding made me think about is the possibility that, in the middle of winter, cold, low energy where the sap does not flow through the plants, but also in life in general, flowers or joys can emerge.

Those small details that can make that, in an arid or difficult situation, a light, a colour or at least a small reason for joy can emerge.

These are the details that we must pay attention to and I have often failed to see them, but that does not mean that they are not there. Our mission is to discover them in order to get out of a place where we find ourselves.

To look for the red, the pink and the white in the midst of the greys. And not only that, but to enjoy the sun on our face and the light that others can bring us with their words. A small gesture can make a difference.

All this reminded me that it is up to us what we focus on, where we put our attention to make our day to day life much better.

Let's enjoy those little flowers that tell us or speak to us about beautiful things.
