Incentive and new opportunities, one step at a time.

With the dawn of a new year, I have looked back on the achievements of the past year.

But not only the achievements but also all the little things that led to them.

Yesterday I was able to get this picture of my achievements on Hive, and I was actually surprised. Because seeing all those data together made me happy and motivated me much more. This is just one example.

It happens in life that small or big achievements give a great incentive to go for more of them, discover new opportunities and climb further up the ladder.

Incentives are good in life, as are encouraging words, positive thoughts.

Looking at that image yesterday, it made me realise how much work and effort day in and day out I had put in and not only that but the commitment I made first to myself and then to others.

It made me think about the new commitment I am making for this year ahead and what an incentive it is for me to see the progress I have made.

Of course all these achievements are based on that constancy, work, perseverance as well as the support of many people to whom I am always very grateful.

I liked what I saw, I felt satisfied with the results and that motivates me to do more, not only with myself but to help others along the way.

As I said, this is just one example that applies to all of life in general and in its various spheres. Improving every day by learning, studying, researching, making an effort and thus climbing step by step each step of the ladder that leads us to be better prepared people in this journey that is life.

I still have a lot to learn, I always say that and I love learning a little more each time. It helps us to be, as I said, prepared and to better ourselves.

Looking back on the road we have travelled produces many emotions, but when that road was a good one, it gives us a lot of satisfaction and that is the most beautiful thing.

A new year begins and with it more opportunities, a range of opportunities and possibilities, which we can take or not, it is our decision, but they are there. Each year is always a new door that opens, to undertake, to improve, to harvest new fruits of the sowing that we are doing.

Looking at the results of my work, first I was very happy, because I said to myself, in one year how much I have progressed, and at the same time they were a catapult to go forward doubly committed.

What is covertly reflected in that first image is the number of people I have met, wonderful people along the way. To name them all would be impossible, but I highlight that beautiful communication, interaction and retribution that I have had and that I love to encourage.

I think that's the number that surprised me the most, because I got there without realising it, just by the way I am. A number that represents people, great people with whom I exchange messages every day.

That gives me a lot of joy, because all of them help me to have that incentive to continue on this path. The same thing happens in life outside Hive.

I always say that what matters is the people, the company, who you share with. The commitment.
