Hello everyone.
This is my second assignment, in the NewBies Initiative, this time our tutor @starstrings01, gave us as an assignment to analyze your publication, [ENG/ESP] NOTES EVERY NEW AUTHOR SHOULD KNOW WHEN STARTING OUT ON HIVE , in order to give us more tools to be successful on this platform, I must emphasize that I found it excellent, and I think it is a publication that can be useful to both newbies and people who have been working for a long time, and who have left aside many of the points discussed in the post.
Original content, keep sources and why, good presentation in the articles, publish content where it should go, contests and initiatives, make community, all these points mentioned above, teaches us the partner from his point of view so that we can apply them correctly, something that I thought was great, not everyone has knowledge about blogging and even as I mentioned before, people with more time in Hive and Leofinance, can bring great values to their content and development within the community.

Esta es mi segunda tarea, en la iniciativa NewBies, esta vez nuestro tutor @starstrings01, nos pode como tarea analizar su publicación, [ENG/ESP] NOTES EVERY NEW AUTHOR SHOULD KNOW WHEN STARTING OUT ON HIVE , con el fin de darnos mas herramientas para lograr ser exitosos en esta plataforma, debo destacar que me pareció excelente, y creo que es una publicación que le puede servir tanto a novatos como a personas que llevan tiempo, y que han dejado a un lado muchos de los puntos tratados en el post.
Contenido original, conservar fuentes y porque, buena presentación en los artículos, publicar contenido donde debe ir, concursos e iniciativas, hacer comunidad, todos estos puntos antes mencionados, nos enseña el compañero desde su punto de vista para que podamos aplicarlos de forma correcta, algo que me pareció genial, no todos tienen conocimientos sobre blog e incluso como mencione antes, a personas con mas tiempo en Hive y Leofinance, les puede aportar grandes valores a sus contenidos y desarrollo dentro de la comunidad.
What did I learn? and What should I improve?
Understood the above proposed, I can say that since I arrived I did well, my first task when I arrived at Hive was to inform myself, see YouTube content, related to Hive, I looked for high accounts with which I learned about how to publish, under the regulations of the hive as such. After seeing that publication I could feel proud of myself for how I did things, although not everything is perfect, I have not mastered all the points, perhaps everything related to originality and copyright I have applied since my beginnings, but I feel that I am weak in a very important point.
The initiatives and contests have opened doors for me, I have learned to manage myself a little better and I am grateful for it, now I feel that writing a post is easier and more fluent than at the beginning, besides the promotions by Discord have influenced a lot in my growth during this month.
However I must pay attention to the most important point of all "Make community", it has been difficult for me to create interaction with other hivers, lack of time is an influential factor in this, and I think it is the big flaw I have and I must correct in time, because my goal when I got here, was direct and precise, I want to make a name for myself here, I want to know and be known and I think I have not managed to advance even 10% on this point.
And although I have been constant and I have applied a lot of what the fellow wants to teach us in this publication, I know that I am in diapers, I know the basics, I apply them and so far it has worked, but I do not want to be satisfied with the fact that I am doing well, I want to do excellent, and from now on I will try to apply more in depth all this knowledge learned, imposing myself the task of interacting more often without making excuses in front and begin to focus on my Achilles heel which is the fact of socializing in the hive.
¿Que aprendí? y ¿Que debo mejorar?
Entendido lo anterior propuesto, puedo decir que desde que llegue lo hice bien, mi primera tarea al llegar a Hive fue informarme, ver contenido de YouTube, relacionados con Hive, busque cuentas altas con los que aprendí sobre como publicar, bajo las normativas de la colmena como tal. Después de ver esa publicación pude sentirme orgullosa de mi misma de como hice las cosas, aunque no todo es perfecto, no todos los puntos los he dominado, quizás todo lo referente a originalidad y derecho de autor lo he aplicado desde mis inicios, pero siento que flaqueo en un punto muy importante.
Las iniciativas y concursos me han abierto puertas, he aprendido a desenvolverme un poco mejor y estoy agradecida por ello, ahora siento que redactar un post lo hago con mas facilidad y fluidez que al inicio, aparte las promociones por Discord han influido mucho en mi crecimiento durante este mes.
Sin embargo debo prestar atencion al punto mas importante de todos "Hacer comunidad", se me ha complicado crear interacción con otros hivers, la falta de tiempo es un factor influyente en ello, y creo que es la gran falla que tengo y debo corregir a tiempo, ya que mi meta al llegar acá, fue directa y precisa, quiero hacerme un nombre aquí, quiero conocer y que me conozcan y creo que no he logrado avanzar ni un 10% en este punto.
Y a pesar de que he sido constante y he aplicado mucho de lo que nos quiere enseñar el compañero en esa publicación, se que estoy en pañales, conozco lo básico lo aplico y hasta ahora me ha resultado, pero no quiero conformarme con que me va bien, quiero que me vaya excelente, y de ahora en adelante tratare de aplicar mas a profundidad todo este conocimiento aprendido, imponiéndome propiamente la tarea de interactuar mas seguido sin poner excusas al frente y empezar a enfocarme en mi talón de Aquiles que es el hecho de socializar en la colmena.

Hmmm. The goal of many authors including me is to make a name here; to getknown by many authors and also be known as well. It's something that I have always wanted but my busy activities is holding my from the goal myself.
However, you can do it. Interaction with other authors and partaking in a community activities get you known by the community thereby make you receive support from them.
I am glad you have improved way from when you started. It is not always say I must say but kudos to you...
