Today I made pumpkin meat curry with a new method.
Hello, how are you all? I hope you are all well. Today I have made pumpkin meat curry. There was goat meat in it. I have mixed pumpkin and made the curry. It is a very delicious curry. It is my favorite curry. I will share the method of making it with you. I hope you will like it. So without wasting time, I will share my method with you.
I will tell you the names of the ingredients I used to make pumpkin meat curry.
Goat meat,
pumpkin,
red pepper,
turmeric,
salt,
garlic,
onion,
Cooking oil.
First of all, I fried the onions well in the oil until they were brown. These onions were browner than mine, but you didn't have to do that much.😒
After browning the onion, I added two tablespoons of garlic, red chili powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of salt, and kadhai masala, added a little water, and cooked it.
I fried the masala well.
I cut the pumpkin into large pieces and steamed it in a pressure cooker with goat meat for 15 minutes.
Then I added the cooked pumpkin and meat to the spices. I had cooked the spices well and browned them. Now I added the boiled meat and pumpkin to it and cooked them further.
After adding the pumpkin and meat, I roasted them well in the spices, added a little water and cooked them for about 15 minutes. I added a little water and roasted them in the spices.
After cooking for 15 minutes, I added three glasses of water, covered it and cooked it.
I cooked the curry until it was thick. It had vegetables in it. Pumpkin is a vegetable, so I didn't put much broth because vegetables don't make broth. So I made the broth very thick. And here, all my curry is made with pumpkin meat. I had ordered naan from the hotel. Eating naan with pumpkin meat is a special pleasure.
I hope you like my new recipe today. I'll see you again with another new experience. That's enough for today.goodbye.
I love how you combined tender goat meat with the sweetness of pumpkin and rich spices to create such a flavorful and comforting dish. Your step by step explanation made it easy to follow, and I could almost smell the aroma of fried onions, garlic and kadhai masala as you described it. I appreciate the personal touch and humor in your writing too, specially about the unions turning a bit browner than planned 😅 Looking forward to your next recipe-thanks for sharing @ayatnoor8090
