Books are the best alternative if you want to say goodbye to a frustrating routine. To inspire and stimulate you they are always inclined but let me clarify where and how I am fully concentrated on the thoughts which are transmitted in precise points by the writer.

  • What is your favorite time or place?

for syllabus books that can be read-only for sleeping purposes lol, You need a specified time to read them. But for browsing the other books you don't have to touch on the time, whenever my soul realizes enthusiasm I just take my favorite book category more particularly fictional books, and travel to the world where the writer wants me to keep alive. But yes normally in the evening time this transpires with a surplus.

A more satisfying place for me to read is the seat along with the window. Fresh air and greenery keep me more attentive to the content. And yes, it is a noise-free place. Also, I need something in my lap when I am examining the book. The significant thing that makes the relationship between the writer and me is the posture of the books. In the library, the table assists me to keep a straight eye on the book but only if it is accessible. My preference is to keep the pillow in front of me to create a comfortable scenario.

  • What makes you enjoy a book?

The storyline introduces an exotic aspect. Sometimes we don't keep ourselves directed on the inspirational theme bestowed to us. That's why the turning point remains beneficial. The checkpoint where the truth is being disclosed no matter its inspirational storybook or literary book.

  • Do you like to read outdoors, before bed, or on the bus on your way to work?

When my spirit is perplexed, the best way to deal is by flipping through the book. Before bed is my night rite which gives me vitality and thoughts. But when you are restless or bored from the hectic day, the only way to escape is by going through the book. If it's available in hardcopy well and good but if not then I have a few motivational books on my phone. These are my decent collaborators to rejoice in loneliness or an active routine. So outdoors can be supportive for you if you want to recall your book reading habit. The shortcoming here is the environment, to a little extent, I crave a noise-free environment. It's not feasible in all the scenarios but at least outdoors stillness is preferable.

  • Do you focus on character development, thoughtful messages, or the level of intrigue a plot generates in you?

Depending upon the category of book I am reading, more commonly my focusing point is the level of intrigue. The point where you are the self innovator of the plot. It's the fact that we are only reading the book but our mind is formulating and proceeding with the thoughts of the author.
Many books by Nimrah Ahmad made me so curious that before reaching the endpoint I developed my own story and then read it. Hehe, my story doesn't merit her theme but yes my guess was right. Adventurous books always keep the reader connected. So the thoughtful message here is the secondary preference.Detective books where I am on the field inspecting the truth or the social story where I am manipulating the role of game-changers. Hehe, it's me who is everywhere within the story. The more you want to get an intimate relationship with the story, be a part of what is happening.

  • Some good things which I love about reading;

I have a neat script of the Holy Quran in my purse which I carry everywhere so the time when I am one the way to escape from this world. I turn toward Allah Almighty who answers the question with examples. Here your soul is engaged with the motive which is empowered to you. The creator is only speaking with you with the power of words. So it's my favorite hobby to perform whenever I want to relieve tension.

My choices about books always remain reasonable, adventurous, detective, fictional and short story books always fascinate me. I have read multiple Urdu books and my favorite writers in Urdu Literature are Bano Qudsia, Nimrah Ahmad, Abu Shuja Abu Waqar, Hashim Nadeen, and Ishfaq Ahmad

  • Do you get sentimental while reading books?

I know you will chuckle but it's the fact that I have so much sense of affiliation with the story that I get emotionally attached to the book. If a character is confronting the loss it's me who is sobbing and praying for him/her. Multiple times I felt in the condition where I am on the peak to hate the protagonist lol.

Very nice job with your contest submission!

I, too, enjoy becoming emotionally connected to the characters, and am sad when the book ends...

Good luck!

I have seen people who first read the ending pages and I wonder how insensible they are.
No matter how much length the book is but moving toward the end saddens me too.
Nice to greet you.

I admire the bond you have with your books. It is really exciting to read about. As your profile tag states "feel me through my words, I am born to express", indeed you embody this so well especially in your writing.

Nicely written post @ayesha-malik

I don't consider most things when it comes to reading, I just read when I'm convenient. Unfortunately, it takes a very long time because I'm always busy and my night time is for rest. I just wish I will develop that spirit of reading, I know it will help me grow in some areas..
