World wildlife fund activities in Pakistan ^Hive Pakistan contest

The role of Non governmental organizations while saving the humility remained commendable. I am here to represent WWF which stands for the world wildlife fund for nature as being the prominent organization for wildlife conservation and preservation. Questions may be raised for assigning this animal organization in the contest held by @spiritsurge . Well as a zoologist I better find the WWF as a more active and prevalent savior of wildlife and nature in pakistan.

No matter when and where this organization evolved, it's still enduring in an absolute way. Talking about their role well raising the voice for biodiversity till saving the endangered species, this organization served everywhere. Prominent names in securing the future of earth and wildlife, they have widened their circle to 26 countries. Their aim is not only defined to raise against climatic changes. They have transformed a biological niche into a bio diverse ecosystem.

This organization world wildlife fund mainly known as WWF retained a panda in their logo for a reason as this animal is rare. Also this organization is unique in the same way.

• Role in Pakistan;

Within 50 years of their work, they have done several works not only for the safety of wildlife but also to assist pakistani public in case of drought and flood crisis. Volunteers have done a lot of work not only in educating masses about the alarming situation of climate but also came forward to take the refugees out from disasters.
World wildlife Fund Pakistan, labored perfectly in protecting and flourishing the endemic and endangered species of Pakistan.

• No to illegal hunting;

They have raised the issues against illegal hunting and made trophy hunting as secure for the wildlife. Educating the public regarding animal rights, specified time of breeding and spreading the understanding why wildlife is critical for us.

They have widened their circle from the Deserts of Thar to the mountains of Himalaya. Trained volunteers achieve their objective by watching over the eco friendly stuff each day.

• Example;

Blind Indus Dolphin is our Endemic mammal which confronted decline in population due to getting lost into the Indus basin and being hunted by predatory dishes. WWF -Pakistan has given them breeding points by conserving their ecological niche, and now their population is increasing gradually.

• They are not only working to safeguard the dolphin, their role in the welfare of endangered mammals is substantial. Raising Funds for the caged animals nopes efforts are being done to establish National parks. And recently a National Park in my area it's Chinchi National park.

• Their aim is to ;

• Conserve the endemic and national animals of Pakistan

• To ensure the protection of endangered species

• To deliver better habitat to animals which are abused brutally by human

• To safeguard the niche of animals by subsidizing restricted hunting

• To familiarize the people more about the preservation of species

• To allow trophy hunting so that it may serve beneficial for the economy of the country.

• The achievements ;

Throughout efforts of considerable years WWF-Pakistan, remained prosperous to conserve the population of the National animal of Pakistan Markhor. They have legally banned the over-haunting of this species.

• Indus Dolphin conservation is also significant because of volunteer job of WWF-Pakistan.

• To establish a residence for the wild bears in KPK.

• To educate the public for putting forward donations in order to provide a defensible home to wild animals.

• Increasing the number of sanctuaries so that stray animals should be kept in homes.

• Birds of prey are valuable for the foreigners so for their recreation they have allowed trophy hunting of birds of prey including hawks,golden eagle, black partridges etc.

• Green sea tortoises faced hardships as their eggs and newborn were taken by birds on beaches but WWF-Pakistan volunteers have conserved the healthy population of these animals. Newborns are rescued and released in water by them.

• Further addition;.

WWF-Pakistan releases their annual report in which they demonstrate their yearly achievement so their economy and charity is clarified. This trustable organization allows you to adopt animals or you can directly donate them for this charity purpose.
