Caring for the Spirit of Struggle of Tgk Abdul Djalil

Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Indonesia, has a long history of struggle, including in the struggle to expel Japanese occupation. One of the symbols of this struggle is found in Bunot Village, Syamtalira Bayu District, about 12 kilometers east of Kota Lhokseumawe.

There is a simple monument, but behind it is a spirit of struggle that never died out against the Japanese occupation.
