Besides the development of various natural and cultural tourist destinations, agro-tourism is now also an alternative choice in Aceh (Indonesia), as seen in the City of Bireuen. The people of Bireuen and its surroundings have a choice of tourist destinations that are now more varied, namely the vineyard in Cot Tarom Baroh Village, Jeumpa District.

Still in the stage of refinement, the Vineyard in Bireuen is already full of visitors. This proves how much people want to enjoy artificial tourist destinations that have been different from the forms of tourism known to the public. With a distance of about 5 minutes from the center of Bireuen City, the Vineyard can be a strategic choice in the midst of limited time.

Visitors to the Vineyards are not only residents of Bireuen, but also from Lhokseumawe, North Aceh, Takengon, Sigli, Banda Aceh, and several cities in Aceh and even from Medan, North Sumatra who happen to pass by or have other agendas.

They were curious about the Vineyard after reading the news and seeing it on their Instagram account. Social media has now become a means of promoting tourist destinations that is quite powerful in inviting visitors.

There, visitors can see 31 types of grapes whose seeds are imported from Europe and India. The development of new varieties with the concept of agro-tourism that is more comfortable for visitors is a necessity if you want to invite visitors to come and come again.

Unfortunately, at the Vineyard location, visitors can only see and take pictures, apart from buying grape seeds to plant. There is no option to eat at places such as agro-tourism destinations outside Aceh.

Visitors must be patient waiting for the moment to be able to pick and eat grapes at the Vineyard because it is still under development, even though the land is very limited because it is in the middle of a residential area, not in an area devoted to vineyard development. In addition, representative cafes and toilets must also be the focus of future arrangements.[]

Lovely vineyard and great family pictures. We do not have grapes in this part of the country. The few we see in markets or street vendors are imported and very expensive. It's a great thing that you guys can develop that new crop. So much potential.
Have a great day
