A golden stranger on nature's small canvas.

This afternoon was extraordinary. I could not resist the temptation to spend time in the proximity of nature, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The green sheet around and the fresh air filled my mind with a strange tranquility. While walking aimlessly, my eyes suddenly caught a special scene. It is difficult to believe how many colorful games nature has arranged in its stingy treasury, without seeing this small creature. A small insect was sitting on a bright dark green leaf. Its skin color was so dark orange or golden that from a distance it seemed as if someone had dropped a piece of gold on the green. The back of the insect was smooth and shiny. Its legs and antennae were also the same color.

The contrast of the insect's position on the leaf was so wonderful that a nature lover like me could not avoid it. Its structure is also quite strange. Especially the back is a little eye-like. I was fascinated by its beauty. To capture the moment, I took out my mobile and tried to take several pictures. At first, the insect was moving, so it was a little difficult to focus. But I waited patiently. When it settled down, I quickly took a few shots. This picture is the result of such a moment. Being a close-up shot, every fine structure of the insect's body, its wings and legs became clear.

This bright orange insect is like a living ornament among the veins of the green leaf. This moment of taking pictures was very pleasant for me.
