Few hours ago it was a very raining day here which made everything look very slow even the day itself but not minding the heavy rainfall we went straight to the clinic to received the immunization for our little girl Aquila. We got there despite the rain and we were attended to after few minutes of arrival. This was our arrival to the local government clinic along Market side Ilorin.
The record-keeping was looked into critically before anything was done.
The Nurse in charge was an elderly woman so we took our time Patiently for here to look into it one by one. Because record-keeping is very important and necessary.
We were called upon to come and weigh out child before anything was done.
Yes. She weighed 10.3Kg
She was given the Vitamin A Successfully.
The record book after the whole immunization was done. It was Vitamin A.
