Hi @ayrin344, this stew or fish soup is very good, in my country they make it with lots of green leaves, we put chives, cilantro from Spain and coriander, lots of onion and chilies (I have seen some Bengali and Indian recipes that also use cilantro). I am struck by the use of spices in your recipe, they sure add depth to the flavor. I am not familiar with bilimbi fruit, it must be interesting to taste. Greetings.
Hi sister, Belumbu is one of our rural fruits, this fruit is found in every village, the taste of this belumbu is sour. Pickles are made with this belumbu, again added to the cooking, belumbu is very tasty to eat.
