Today when we asked the children, they asked for rice and we decided to cook today. If vegetables are added to rice then it becomes even more tasty, just like we have added potatoes, peas and also chicken in it because these three things make the rice very tasty.

After cooking the rice, using salad and curd with it adds to the spicy taste and we have arranged the things accordingly.

There is a very easy way to cook them which is written below.

Ingredients:

1. 2 kg rice.

2. 1 kg chicken.

3. 1/2 Kg Potato.

4. 3/4 kg peas.

5. 3 onions.

6. 2 sp. Masala.

7. Garlic and ginger

8. salt, according to taste.

9. red and green chillies, depends on you.

10. 4 sp. cooking oil.

For Salad:

1. 2 cucumbers.

2. 2 Tomatos.

3. 3 green chillies.

4. 2 onions.

Curd:

1. 1 kg curd.

2. Some leaves of mint and coriander.

3. Green and black chillies.

How to Cook?

First of all, cleaning rice and soaking it in water then the oil in the pot, add two onions in it, brown them a little, add salt, add chilli, grind the ginger and peeled garlic and also add them.

Fry them well and then wash the chicken and put it in it and fry it well. After frying it for 2 to 4 minutes, add peas and potatoes and cook it well.

When you see that the vegetables and chicken have cooked well, add twice as much water as rice. After that check the salt if you have added salt to your food, If it is as per your taste then it is fine otherwise salt can be added at this time and then check again thoroughly.

When the water becomes dry then slow down the flame and let it simmer for 15 minutes and then turn off the stove and the rice is ready.
