Welcome to meet again in my post this time, so on this occasion I will upload my activities during the day in cleaning the inside of the car seat as well as the inside of the engine room. Alright friends, as for the methods, namely cleaning the car panel parts, namely the 2017 Panther pick-up. Initially, the 2017 Panther was a former Panther Box car used by a company in Jakarta, then it was purchased by a car buying and selling dealer from Aceh province, which is our area, and the 2017 Panther will be used as a complete Panther pickup and along with changed the color from amber to super black in general. The inside of this car is quite dirty so I have to clean it before I do the painting, namely black or super black because this car wants to change the color so we have to make the whole color super black, so we have to clean it first before we do the painting, as for the methods and materials that we need, follow along in my post this time and so on until it's finished...
As for the methods that we need to clean the inside of this car, the first thing we need is dab soap and also a small brush along with a small broom, these three ingredients are very useful for us to use and help to clean between the corners that are not affordable with our own hands, and in the room of this car it is so bad with dirt and traces or dust that sticks to the corners as well as on the other side, and we really have to be careful in cleaning it so we can get good results. maximally later in painting. Alright, before we clean it, it's a good idea to flush it first with water, then we dab the soap and we apply it thoroughly, then we let it sit for about 2 minutes so that the dirt expands and when we clean it it wears off quickly. After that we use a brush, namely with a small brush so that all the corners are clean and must be really clean so that when we do the painting, unwanted things don't happen, such as causing failure in work. After it's completely clean, then we flush it with water, then we clean it with the small broom and we also wipe it with a clean cloth until it's dry...
And this is the result that I have cleaned on the car panel which is so dirty and full of used stains, namely dirt or dust that sticks to the corners or on the sidelines of the car panel, after we clean it it turns out that this car panel is still very clean. smooth, because it's rarely cleaned so it looks dull, then we have to clean it because we want to make it super black, namely black. And here's the result we've cleaned up earlier...
Oh yeah, I happen to have base the outer part with black dop, so before we make it with super black color, which is the color, it's better if we don't dry it or let it dry completely, then while waiting for the base color to dry completely, don't clean the panel- the inner panel is like in the engine room, which is also very dirty with stains or spots that have stuck to the surface of the old paint, so we have to clean it with dab of soap so that it is really clean before we do the painting, this yellow yellow color we replace it with super black color so we have to clean the whole thing so we can do the painting optimally. And this is the part of the machine that we are currently cleaning, and hopefully it can be of benefit to all communities who want to learn in the field of painting. And I also want to share, namely knowledge or experiences in the field of workshops, namely car painting, hopefully it can be of benefit to everyone or all groups, and this is the result in the engine room that I have cleaned, at first it was so dirty with stains or marks -oil marks stuck to the surface of the old paint...
