Insect Macro Photos

Looking at the plants, the leaves are almost dying. I saw a lot of caterpillar worms eating the leaves. It also scares me that they may get into the clothes that are newly washed. At times, my husband is scratching, and had rashes. Probably, it was caused by those insects. I'm sharing macro photos of the caterpillar.

I had around 5,900 steps, lower than the previous day but at least surpassed 5k steps.

I'm glad my blood oxygen remains normal.

My peak stress level has been 64, which is medium and still high. The positive thing is it's lower than the other day.

My peak bpm is 124, still high, but lower than the other day too.
