Journey (Ep.1)
It was Nate's dream to become a member of a boyband like his favorites Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. When he heard about an audition held by HYP Entertainment for boys aged 18-25, he wanted to participate.
Mom: You should practice more. Dance in front of the mirror, so you'll know what you'll look like when performing. Vocalize but don't overdo. I know you can do it. You have the looks and the talent, you'll surely grab a spot for the group.
Nate: Thank you mom. Please pray for me too.
Mom: Of course! ... I'll be there with you in the audition.
It was October 2001 at that time. Nate is already 18, and he never left her 42 year old mom because his father died when he was 14. His mom told him he is free whatever he wants to do in his life, but he promised his mom will be part of his journey to stardom.
Unsure of other talents he wants to show, Nate took his guitar, and started playing.
