Self-promotion
Everywhere in social media, we see self-promotion. Everyone became content creators by setting their accounts. Others are driven by pride, while others just want to earn from Facebook. To be honest, it's not that easy to earn in the platform. It will take ages to reach a dollar. Some people got their accounts restricted, or even the money earned will be gone.
On Notcoin, I already surpassed 3.6 million. I am aiming more, or hoping to surpass 4 million today. At the moment, I already crossed the platinum mark.
Aside from Notcoin, I just joined TapSwap, obviously a copycat of Notcoin. At times, copycats pay. 😆 TapSwap claims they were powered by Solana.
I collected more than 5,000 steps during the day. It's legitimate because it counts real steps. Hoping to achieve 10k steps.
I have normal blood oxygen, and it never went below 90.
Stress level is normal at 49, while the peak was 70, which is medium. It means I still need to manage stress.
My BPM peak was 112. The average remains normal though. It's normal that at some time of the day, BPM crosses 100.
