Will there be a One Direction Reunion?

There's a news recently that One Direction members Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson has reunited and recorded a song together. Yeah, it's like a reunion but not as One Direction. It will be a song for Liam's album.

Harry Styles, when asked about a possible One Direction reunion, he said "never say never to that". So a One Direction reunion is possible. How about Zayn Malik? I remember when he left the group saying he wanted a normal life, and eventually released a single, followed by an album.

One Direction came to existence though UK X-Factor by its creator Simon Cowell. They made it to the finals, but didn't win the competition. Eventually, they became the most popular X-Factor product.

The lads released their first single "What Makes You Beautiful", which became a huge hit worldwide, and it had more than a billion views on YouTube. Their debut album "Up All Night" reached number 1, and had gone multiplatinum.

One Direction released their second album "Take Me Home", and it was among the biggest selling albums the year it was released alongside its predecessor. It has old more than half a million copies in the US on its debut week, and it featured the global top 10 hit "Live While We're Young", and the UK number 1 "Little Things".

A year after the release of "Take Me Home", One Direction's third album was released called "Midnight Memories". Just like the previous album, it has sold more than half a million copies on its first week in the US alone, and it became one of the three biggest selling albums of the year. It featured the top 10 hits "Best Song Ever" and "Story of My Life".

One Direction has been releasing an album each year as their fourth album "FOUR" was also released a year later. The album became number 1 worldwide, and it featured two top 40 hits such as "Steal My Girl" and "Night Changes". However, it was their lowest selling album. It was also the last album with Zayn Malik as he left in the middle of the tour.

With the absence of Zayn Malik, the group released their final album before hiatus with "Made in the A.M." and it featured two top 10 hits "Drag Me Down" and "Perfect". The album was released the same week with Justin Bieber's "Purpose" and they had tough competition. Justin Bieber eventually took the number 1 spot in Billboard 200, while One Direction topped the UK Albums Chart.
