A short goodbye (HPUD)

I wasn't even sure I'd be writing this, but then I decided I might as well do it since today is power up day. I didn't even realise it had been 7 days since I last wrote something. These last few days and in extension this last month have been quite stressful for me. The life of a student is a circular path. And when we are approaching a full revolution we get to the most difficult part, which is none other than exams.

Exam periods are always gruelling and tasking both mentally and physically, most especially if you are not prepared. I have been doing my best to make sure I am prepared so it won't be as difficult a time as it usually is. Which is one of the major reasons I have been so out of touch with Hive recently. Sadly though I'll have to be off again for the next two weeks as that is the period when the battle for my grades and mental health will be happening.

This isn't the first time I have had to do this so gradually I am starting to get used to it. I usually tend to resume with a fire and determination and I am hoping that is what occurs because over the years I have grown to love this place even with its many flaws and imperfections that have changed over the years.

This is why I enjoy building my stake on the first of every month. I always feel a rush of dopamine when I look through my total stake because I realize all of it is a product of my time, energy, and my love (passion). Over the last month, I was able to write 9 posts and from that, I was able to earn about 142 hive worth of rewards, my curation rewards have been increasing surprisingly.

Anyways to further help my Hive power growth I powered Up 14 hive.

and now my hive power has moved up to 4,147

It has been a relatively slow trudge up the hill this year, but I don't know why I am still super happy with my progress, on the count of things could be worse and on the count of the fact that my rewards are not in my hands.
