Probably the best Friday night ever, or not (part 2)

I put some oil onto the frying pan, determined to enjoy my Friday night. I cut some onions into It, and added my already blended pepper and tomatoes into it while humming my favorite song. All of a sudden, an extremely bright light pierced my eyes through my kitchen window. I looked to see what it was and at that moment my heart stopped at the sight of it.

Right outside my window was an extra large man shaped form, but this was no man, the bright light was coming directly from his eyes. His long slender arms looked like claws. We both seemed to freeze at the sight of each other. Then all of a sudden, I snapped out of it. He was coming closer. I quickly shut my window blinds and switch off my gas. I locked the kitchen door and ran into my room. I locked myself in and took a deep breath.

"What was that?" I thought as I caught my breath.

All of a sudden I heard a loud thud, then a crack, from my kitchen area. It sounded like glass, probably from my window. Next I heard banging of metal. It was persistent. My heart was racing, and my hand was shaking as I brought out my phone from my pocket. I wasn't sure who to call, I had no close friends after all, and even if I did who was going to save me from this? I hastily dialed "9-1-1"

It took a few seconds before I heard the operator

"911, what is your emergency?"

"Hello, help me, there's something in my house" I did my best to whisper as audibly as possible

"Hmm, could you please describe what you saw?"

I tried to steady my breathing

"I was cooking" I took a deep breath

"Then I looked outside the window, and right there is this slim figure, really tall, really bright light shining from his eyes. He's trying—"

I was cut short by the operator

"This line is only for emergencies, what's wrong with you prank callers? Joking with the emergency hotlines"

"No but I'm—"

She cut the call.

Next thing, the sounds of plates shattering filled the air. And then a loud shriek.

"Stay calm, stay calm." I kept telling myself.

"It'll only get you if you overreact and reveal your location." I said to myself.

I began reinforcing the door, first I put my chair, then my bedside cupboard, then mattress, then my box. Anything I could find I put behind the door.

"I'm not going to die today."

All of a sudden, the lights went off. I looked out my room window, and it looked normal outside.

Click

Something was struggling with my door handle. My heart started racing, I was trying to control my breathing, but I could hear It, and it was very loud.

The clicking sound stopped

Bang Bang Bang

It started hitting the door,

Crack

Its hand went straight through the door

Crack

Its second hand followed.

This is like me reading an horror story. 😬 I think that figure would find its way in your room because I don't think reinforcing your room would actually work. Lol

I came through Dreemport 🤗

Hehe, it's a thriller (somewhere close to horror).

Let's see what happens in part 3 😁.

Could the night get any worse? It was supposed to be an enjoyable one. But why did you have to stop here though? The suspense is killing.

Eww!! What could that be? Some sort of monster? Agg!

Hehe, not all things go as planned

As for suspense, what's a good serial without a little of it. Tune it on Friday to see what happens next 😁

See!!! And this is the problem, right there... if something like this did ever happen??? Nobody would believe you... and you would more than likely be stuck in a straight jacket when the police did come round !PIZZA !ALIVE. ... on to part 3...

True. This is why emergency personnel should always listen, the only problem is prank callers.
