I made homemade pizza (pictures with full recipe)

Hello fellow hivers,
Today I’m going to share a very simple yet delicious recipe of my all time favourite dish,,,pizza,,,

Yesterday i went for groceries shopping with my brother and as usual we picked up a lot of junk food..here’s what we got from grocery store.

As you can see we only got .,,energy drinks, chips, wafers, chocolates and ready to eat stuff😂but i show pizza bread there and thought of making homemade pizza for us so i got other stuff to make it. I got mushrooms, capsicums, cheese and other spreads to make it.

So today morning i made it for my family.
Here’s how i made this yummy pizza.

I mixed the pizza pasta sauce with veg tandoori mayonnaise and mixed a little cheese sauce as well. I mixed them all together and made a spread. Then i spread it evenly on the pizza base.

Then i added a generous layer of diced mozzarella cheese. I never keep my hands tight when it comes to cheese, I always go overboard lol.

Then i added my sliced onions on it.

Here i added my diced capsicum.

Then i added a lot of mushrooms as i love mushrooms. It’s my favourite topping on pizza.

Then I sprinkled chilli flakes, oregano and Italian seasonings on it.

Then i added more cheese.

And sprinkled a lot more chilli flakes and seasonings. As I’m an Indian, we add extra spices to everything.

Then i put it in the oven.

And just eyeballed it until the cheese looked melted and the bread looked crispier. It took almost 8 to 10 minutes.

Then i took it out and enjoyed it with my monster energy drink along with ketchup. I know a lot of people hate eating their pizza with ketchup but i love it.
