The Trap Of Over thinking.

One trap that almost always catches prey is called Overthinking.The trap has a high prey catch rate.

It can be expertly hidden or be in plain sight.It takes focus and experience to avoid one.Focus because you are aware that there are traps so your senses are primed for its detection.
Experience because you have been caught in one before and escaped from it wiser.

Overthinking like smoking can be dangerous to your health and mental wellbeing, in that it can interfere with your quality of sleep which is lethal to your productivity among other things.

Learning to let go of your past mistakes,focusing on the present and looking to the future with positivity.You avoid falling into the trap of overthinking.

Also bearing in mind that you can neither influence the past nor the future and the only thing you have control over is the present, so there is nothing to be gained by allowing the past mistakes/regrets or the future uncertainties/fear to paralyzing you into inaction.

To get rid of the habit of overthinking and all of its attendant consequences. You must first of all guard your thoughts from negative outside stimulus,stop dwelling on problems but rather focus on solutions.

Next would be to practise the art of meditation and detoxifying your body and mind from any destructive tendencies.
