Escaping the Heat: A Journey Home from Bangkok
I had been in Bangkok for one night, my sister and I had been running errands and we decided to spend the night there before heading back home. The following morning, my sister and her daughter had to return to Tak Province to be with their relatives, but I decided to stay an extra day in the city. However, as the day progressed, I realized that staying another day was not going to be a good idea. The weather was scorching hot, and the traffic was unbearable, making it feel like I was sitting in a furnace. I started missing my home in Phuket, and the thought of being stuck in Bangkok for another day made me feel even more homesick. At that moment, I knew what I had to do. I immediately made up my mind to book a tour bus ticket back home. So, I headed to Mo Chit Bus Terminal and purchased a ticket for the next tour bus departing for Phuket at 4.45 pm.
I arrived at the terminal in the afternoon, with a lot of time to kill before my bus departure. The hours ticked by slowly, but eventually, the tour bus arrived at the terminal. The rice was already included in the ticket price, so I didn't have to worry about getting hungry during the journey. As we hit the road, the bus stopped several times to allow the passengers to eat and go to the bathroom. I took advantage of the stops to stretch my legs and have a quick bite to eat. I wanted to be comfortable during the long journey, so I made sure to take care of my needs before we resumed the trip. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, we arrived safely in Phuket around 6:00 am. The journey had been long and tiring, but I was happy to be back home, surrounded by familiar sights and sounds.

Oh, I've been dreaming of going to Bangkok for a long time, I really want to try the food, and here in Romania we have Thai restaurants, but I don't think they taste the same.
