HPUD March 2024 - Powered up 200 Hive

This is yet another month with small power-ups. But not as small as last month because I powered up 200 Hive today on the occasion of Hive Power Up Day. I still have not aggressively started cashing out my Hive power. I'm waiting for my Hive power to pump a little bit so that I can book some profits. I think Hive going above 50 $ itself is a great thing and that would be a good profit for people who bought Hive very low, especially when it was around 20 cents.

I did not want to not do power ups during a HPUD and that's why I powered up some Hive without missing it. I did not have any big goals for this year. The major thing is to wait for the price of Hive to improve and book my profits. I'm still thinking of investing in some of the small coins so that my portfolio is diversified a little bit.

My focus is also one some of the other coins that can be very good before the next bull market. Officially the bull market is slowly starting but not many altcoins have performed yet. I'm planning to buy some altcoins that are still low. There is a high chance that the price of those coins can improve during the next bull market. BCH is currently doing very well and might have the possibility to reach at least 1k dollars per coin. I have around 4 coins and I think I might book some profits if the price crosses 1k dollars per coin.

It was indeed a great opportunity this month to do some swing trade. I was able to try doing it only once and after that, I realized it was not an easy one. Most of the time when I purchase something my bad time is that the value goes down further and I may not end up booking some profits. If I buy something very low, then again I won't be selling it because there is a high chance that the price may not go up. This has always been the case but I was able to do a few successful swing trades this season.

I'm very glad to look at the above stats. The main reason is that my Curation rewards is improving compared to my author's rewards. I guess in another few months if I'm able to power up a decent amount, I guess the returns will continue to be good just in the form of curation rewards alone.

This month I managed to write an article from my @balaz account that was a technical blog. I'm glad that I was able to spend some time on it. Otherwise, the income from my secondary account is also looking good. The reason is because of the witness rewards. I'm able to manage the expenses of my server with this reward.

Last month HiveSQL was down and it took some time to get Hive SQL back and it was fully functional. I'm glad that my progress in March was a lot better and I'm glad that it is going well I would like to keep this going for a year or so to identify what type of passive income streams can work out for me.
