My Hive Goals - Weekly progress report

I'm very glad today to share my weekly Hive goals. Everything is looking really positive. My growth on Hive is also looking good and I'm very confident that I will be able to complete my goals before the end of the year. I had set 2 major goals for myself this year. I had completed the other goals already and these two are still outstanding. But it is very positive and I personally feel that I should be able to complete the goals without any hurdles.

This weekly update is usually the most exciting thing for me. The main reason is that I'm talking about my account growth and money here which is what amuses me. The price of Hive is also pretty stable. Though it is a little low, I'm sure it should heal back soon. I don't think it will even wait for the bull market. It should start picking up already. I did purchase a little Hive when the price was 33 cents. I'm hoping to sell them if the price heals back to 50 cents or even 40 cents.

50k Hive Power

This goal is very close. There is a little over 1 month available and I only have to reach 800 more Hive to complete this goal before the end of the year. I think I'm already doing really well and in addition to that, I also have some backup Hive with me which I can immediately use to complete this goal. But I have reserved them for trading purposes and I want the goal to go slow and smooth.

I remember getting over 30$ from the curation rewards and over 100$ from the author rewards. The author's rewards have been reduced drastically but I think it is still okay. The combination of author rewards and curation rewards can definitely help me complete my goals. I really don't have an idea as to what goals I should be setting for the coming year. The good thing about the current price of Hive is that I would be getting more liquid Hive and when the price of Hive increases, we can sell them for a better price.

100k SPS

I really thought it may not be a possibility to reach 100k SPS as planned. I started thinking that I should give up this plan. But recently when the GLX airdrop started, I started getting hope. I personally feel that it is a good opportunity to sell GLX tokens and use the funds to purchase SPS from the market. The SPS gives more airdrop points and at the same time, it would also be a good way to increase my SPS holdings. I'm not sure what I would be willing to do after I complete reaching 100k SPS but at least for now I think it is definitely good to aim toward increasing the SPS stake.

I also invested some Hive to purchase SPS a few days back. Since then, I have also been converting my GLX to SPS and increasing my stake. If you look at my last month's post, I was only having close to 66k SPS. But this week I increased it to 72k SPS. I'm sure by next week I might reach close to 75k SPS. But this growth rate may not be sufficient to reach my goal. I might have to buy some more SPS with liquid Hive from the market. Let's see how it goes.
