Party passes with the help of NFTs
One of the most interesting uses for NFT would be to create a party pass or a club pass with that and use that for entry instead of a ticket. In most of the cases NFTs can be used for club membership. For example, we have a boat club in our city. People who have been members of this boat club get to enjoy the facilities in the restaurant. They can meet and chat with other club members, play games with other club members, have good food for a discounted price, booze, etc. This becomes very important because these club passes are usually sold to financially high-ranked members. Not everyone can afford that club membership or the quantity of available membership passes might be very limited. These club memberships also inherited from father to son.
NFT that can be made like a party pass and people who own that pass can participate or join the party. It can also be in such a way that if a person has the pass, they can trade it with others and others can buy it for their desired price. This way the party passes can also become very scarce.
NFT for real-world events
Whenever a real-world event happens, the event tickets can be sold out using fungible or non-fungible tokens. These can also be straightforward tickets or it can be some unique party passes that are usually very limited in numbers and people who have such NFTs can only attend real-world events. This creates a huge demand for NFTs and it happens to be one of the best use cases for Blockchain technology adoption.
This usually happens during December when many parties are organized across the city. Even if it is one of the biggest events in Chennai, it is possible to create an NFT that would be the party entry pass and only those who have that pass can attend the event. There is also another idea where people can get the passes by paying through the normal routes. But the advantageous part is when we can implement something where they can get some special perks for holding those NFTs or using them during parties.
This idea has been implemented in many countries, and a few crypto-friendly countries have this facility.
Purchasing party passes
The next big thing about party passes is making people buy them. If we can provide some options for people to purchase them through cryptocurrencies, it is another use case because people would be happy to purchase real-world things with the help of crypto. In other ways, there can also be an opposite solution where we buy the tickets using FIAT, and that FIAT becomes an investment into the crypto world. This way another opportunity is created for people to purchase Crypto and try to explore crypto or understand more about cryptocurrencies.

I think this is really a massive update and development and we hope more of this can pop up in the future. But the question I will really like to ask is the fact that why is the hype about Nft goes down as it was not as before any longer
We will see that again this time the NFTs are going to see their prices go up because whenever there is a bull market people like to buy a lot of these things.
Yes during the last bull market people explored the possibilities of NFTs but I think next time they will be more serious. This includes the creators too.

This actually won't be a bad idea to raise a use case for NFTs again because the buzz about it in recent times has been seemingly silent.
